While working at CDLE, I had the opportunity to take on various roles. One of my responsibilities was participating in a website CMS migration, where I pushed the limited design capabilities to their maximum potential. Additionally, I was tasked with designing the landing page for MyUi+, the platform where claimants file their claims. The original page was unbranded and outdated, but by bringing it up to brand standards, we instilled a sense of trust and confidence in users, especially in a context where fraud is prevalent.

CDLE implemented a new and updated system that effectively reduced unemployment fraud and streamlined the process for claimants to file their claims more efficiently. As part of this initiative, we transformed a series of bland screen recordings into engaging animated information series that significantly improved the visual appeal and overall quality.

Due to the alarming rise in UI fraud, claimants faced hurdles in moving forward with their claims without adjudication. To address this issue, many states enlisted the services of a third-party company called IDme. As part of this effort, I created a video tutorial using the PDF provided by IDme, which served as a helpful guide for claimants to navigate the process of self-identification.
